Mr. Taito Yokoyama (M2) presented his research results at the poster session of 7th STI-Gigaku 2022 (The 7th International Conference on "Science of Technology Innovation" 2022) held at Aore Nagaoka (11/18).
The title of the presentation is "Al deposition on SrTiO₃(100) substrate for the growth of γ-Al₂O₃ thin film".
